If you contact us via the contact form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the inquiry) exclusively to process and answer your inquiry and to prepare a quote where applicable. The data is not passed on to third parties and is only stored for as long as necessary for this purpose.
3. Web analytics
This website measures its reach with its own cookieless counter: only anonymous usage data is recorded (page visited, device category, referring site on the first visit, language), without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We also use Datadog RUM (Datadog, Inc., USA) to detect loading times, errors and usability problems and to improve the site. This processes technical data (page views, clicks, loading times, error messages, browser, operating system, approximate region derived from the IP address) and sets a cookie to recognise the session. A share of sessions is recorded as a replay of the page structure; anything entered into a form is masked before transmission. The admin area is excluded. The data is processed in the USA and deleted after 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a fast, working website. To measure reach we additionally use Simple Analytics (Bussum, Netherlands), a privacy-friendly service whose servers are located in the Netherlands. It works without cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no user profiles; it records the page visited, the referring site, country, device and browser type and screen size. Clicks on the call, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons are counted as anonymous events. Your browser's “Do Not Track” setting is respected. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
4. Hosting and log data
When you visit this website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access) may be processed in server logs by the hosting provider. This data serves to ensure trouble-free operation and is not merged with other data sources.

This website contains links to external services (e.g. WhatsApp, TikTok). When you access these services, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
